Kingfisher Lake | Northern France

At 35 acres Kingfisher is the largest lake on the Abbey complex and currently has a lake record of 52lb. Deep, weedy and gin clear, Kingfisher is comparitively under-fished when compared to Fox and Heron. Hwever, don't be fooled as to the quality of fishing on offer as lurking in Kingfisher is a good head of 20, 30 and 40lb carp with some absolute stunners amongst them.

    FOR 2012, all fish over 50lb are to be witnessed, weighed and photograph by a mamber of the Abbey Team.  All carp over 50lb must be photographed over the water NOT on the bank.
